Overview of the PADI EFR Program

Although not specific to diving, this course provides essential skills and knowledge for emergency response in various situations, including diving-related incidents. The Emergency First Response course teaches you primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid) techniques, as well as how to handle emergency situations and provide basic life support. The training consists of knowledge development, skill practice, and scenario-based assessments. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive an EFR certification, which remains valid for two years.

How to get to Ola Diving Center

If you have your own car, you can come to our dive center Ola Diving in Costa Adeje. In case you need to be picked up, please choose one of the options:
- Transfer in Tenerife South if you are in the South (from Callao Salvaje to el Médano): 2 euros per person
- Transfer from Playa la Arena if you are in the West (Alcalá, Playa la Arena, Puerto Santiago): 15 euros per car, max 8 passengers in one car.
